We rate businesses using the following simple criteria:

BB Business Stars Rating System

* 3 stars – is a registered Australian business with an ABN; has current business insurance; and an agreed commitment to providing value for money and quality service to Baby Boomers

* 4 stars – as above, but in addition: belongs to a recognised Industry Association; and has multiple communication channels for customers (i.e. a regularly maintained website, a 1800 number, or customer service number)

* 5 stars – as both above, but in addition subscribe to and are compliant with a independent Quality Accreditation System (i.e. ISO 9000) and/or have won an Industry Award within the last three years.

Please note: our BB Business Stars Rating System is not to be confused with the highly acclaimed AAA Star Rating given to Temporary Accommodation around Australia, which we highly recommend and endorse, or the commonly used self-rating systems found on many websites which can be artificially manipulated.
