The Wine Region  

The Barossa Valley is acclaimed as the premier wine region in Australia and is best known for its Shiraz. This charming and scenic region is rich in history and is influenced by an exciting mix of European heritage and Australian culture. Wine makers of great renown call this area home, producing a wide variety of award winning wines, including the famous Penfolds `Grange'.

The Barossa Valley has a fine culinary tradition and is home to many noted restaurants, acclaimed chefs, and gourmet food producers. The picturesque Seppeltsfield Valley, historic Angaston and the spectacular views from Menglers Hill Lookout over the vineyards and townships are but some highlights. The experience of this wine region rivals those of Europe and tantalises us to indulge in the temptations of the palate and soul.

The Wine Tour  

Each tour provides exclusive visits to a selection of internationally acclaimed Iconic and new wineries in the region who produce award winning wines. The wine producers are carefully chosen to share their intimate knowledge and showcase their wines produced from old age vines, new techniques, and varying wine varieties. There are opportunities for Barrel Tasting, sampling  non-released Vintage wine stocks, and ‘Icon’ wines . There are private sessions for tasting and gaining knowledge through education sessions, with ample time to experience the unique qualities of each producer.

Of course, the food, culture and scenery of the region is an integral part of each tour and is carefully blended in to compliment each day. The types of experience these tours offer are not normally available and have been established through trusted relationships with the wine producers, operators and identities in each region. The tour also includes visits to the world famous wine Icons -  Jacobs Creek Winery and Wolf Blass, and an optional evening visit to the historic Penfolds Magill Estate for a tour, special tastings and a degustation dinner.

Wellbeing  

Each tour includes additional experiences which are intended to rejuvenate and inspire, create a sense of relaxation and rest. We aim to create an experience which frees you from your daily pressures and allow you to enjoy activities such as stargazing, walking amongst the Eucalypts, and to view the beautiful panoramic landscape.
