Here’s how they work

On four of the six faces of each Cube are activities which are intended to be enjoyable and playful, to promote positive feelings and emotions, and which may build and broaden the mind and experiences. Two faces are left blank for you to use your own imagination.

Step 1 - Roll one, two, three or all four cubes and see what side comes face up

Step 2 - Try the suggested activities on the side facing up, or plan to do them during the day or coming week

Step 3 – Roll the cubes again or pass them on to a friend or colleague
