Gluten Intolerance affects the lifestyle of Baby Boomers in Australia, and it is often not diagnosed for various reasons. It is suggested that 1 in 100 people have Coeliac Disease.
The best person to talk to about Coeliac disease is your Doctor. They can take blood tests, and explain what your result means, or refer you to a Gastroenterologist if required.
What can I do?
Talk to your Doctor, they can take a blood test and discuss with you ways of keeping it under control.
Review your diet, weight, and the amount of exercise you do
Ask members of your family if they have or have had high blood pressure as it commonly runs in families
